This service can range from initial advice on planning applications, design issues or build costs to a complete project management service, taking the project from concept to completion.

Some clients just need a little advice and help along the way on specific issues but are happy to manage the project themselves, others like to have input on the design and layout and choose the finishing items but leave the day to day management of the project to someone else. Hursley can and will adapt to whatever the client requires but generally this service allow the client to be as involved in the project as they wish to be. Rather than try and agree a fixed price for the whole project right from the start which is often difficult to do, this project management / consultancy service allows the client genuine flexibility to make changes and choices as the project progresses. For larger projects, this is often a cost-effective route to take.
